Product Description:

Custom made to suit existing structural opening for use as Security, Fire Exit, Emergency Release, Fire Exit Routes etc. All doors are designed on a CAD / CAM system and manufactured with CNC punching and pressing facilities to guarantee quality and long product life.

Door Leaves:

Manufactured from 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm or 2.0mm Zintec steel (other thicknesses are available, please see Bespoke Doorsets for more information), double skinned tray formed or interlocking seam design reinforced internally to prevent twisting and to prolong doorset life. Internally the door leafs are in filled with dufaylite, dense rockwool, solid wood core or polystyrene (other infill's are available, please see Bespoke Doorsets for more information). Standard leaf thicknesses are 45mm, 50mm, 55mm (other thicknesses are available, please see Bespoke Doorsets for more information). All door leafs are fitted with a security anti jemmy lip on the tray formed design and an integral security anti jemmy lip on the interlocking seam design to the lock side.

Door Frames:

Manufactured from 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm or 2mm Zintec steel compatible to leaf strength and weight, formed to a single or double rebated profile in welded or knock down form, reinforced and fitted with fixing plates or jacking screws are available as an optional extra. Frame depth can either be 90mm, 100mm, or 150mm as standard for single rebate, on request we can fold to specified sizes and 145mm as standard for double rebate, on request we can fold to specified sizes (other depths are available, please see Bespoke Doorsets for more infomation).

We also offer a extending channel frame which can aid fitting when the opening is not square.

Available Hardware:

Doorsets are compatible for all types mortice and surface mounted locks.

All of our emergency fire exit doorsets come as standard with a single point panic bar but can also be fitted with a panic push pad, 2 point panic bar, 3 point panic bar or even an escape sashlock for inward opening emergency escape doorsets. Our doorsets can also be fitted with a external locking knob set or code lock externally where controlled access is needed.

We can also fit mortice deadlocks and drop bars to our emergency fire exit doorsets which considerably increase the security level of the doorsets.

All of our doorsets can be fitted with door closers or limit stays.

Hinges:

As standard depending on size and weight, doors are supplied with 3 to 6 stainless steel ball bearing hinges.

Doorsets can also be fitted with full length hinge, concealed hinges, extended, specialist cladding and customer supplied.

Some doorsets (dependant on design) can also be fitted with 7 no integral high security dog bolts.

Cill:

All doorsets come as standard with a DDA Compliant threshold which comply with wheelchair access regulations, other options are no threshold, extra low profile (6mm from floor level) and specialist inward opening to combat water ingress on inward opening doors.

Double Doors:

Double doors are available with top and bottom flush bolts (concealed or face fixed), concealed automatic flush bolts (auto release when active leaf opens), panic release hardware or as required in the passive leaf.

Vision Panels:

Our emergency fire exit doorsets can be fitted with a range of vision panels with different thicknesses of glass.

Louver Panels:

Our emergency fire exit doorsets can be fitted with a range of louvered panels with or without flymesh.

Optional Extra's:

Our emergency fire exit doorsets can also be fitted with kick plates, rain deflectors, drop bars, spy holes, finger protection strips any more items that are available on request.

Side Panels:

Our emergency fire exit doorsets can be supplied with a powder coated side panel in the same frame profile as the doorset either

solid, louvered or glazed.

Over Panels:

Our emergency fire exit doorsets can be supplied with a powder coated over panel in the same frame profile as the doorset either solid, louvered or glazed.

Finishes:

Polyester powder coat and wood grain finish are available to our standard colour chart. other finishes are available upon special request.

We also offer a 10 year paint guarantee (dependant on location) which covers deteriation in paint for a full 10 years.

Single Door: 1500mm Wide x 3000mm High

Double Door: 3000mm Wide x 3000mm High
