Product
Available in stock sizes (see below table) to suit existing structural openings, for use as a personnel high security steel door. Due to the nature of the material used (Grade #304 Stainless Steel) this product is ideal for use on coastal areas, where corrosion a problem. All doors are designed on a CAD / CAM system and manufactured with CNC punching and pressing facilities.
Door Leaf
Manufactured from 0.8mm grade #304 stainless steel, double skinned with interlocking seams reinforced vertically with interlocking channels and horizontally. The door leaf is filled with a heavy duty fire board and the depth is a total thickness of 70mm.
Door Frame
Manufactured from 1.8mm grade #304 stainless steel compatable to leaf strength and weight, formed to single rebated profile in welded form, reinforced and fitted with fixing plates. Depth of frame is a total of 110mm.
Hinges
Door set comes fitted with 4 stainless steel hinges, which is more than necessary for the weight of the door leaf.
Finish
This door set comes finished in it's own, clean stainless steel (see pics). If another colour is desired, then the door and frame can be painted or sprayed on site. RAL coloured spray cans can be provied with the doorsets if required.
Cill
Formed from stainless steel, the DDA compliant threshold is welded to the doorset frame to comply with wheelchair access regulations
